2. Cancellation Policy

Once services have commenced, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, clients may contact us to discuss specific circumstances, and cancellations may be considered at the Company's discretion.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests for services, if deemed eligible, will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Refunds may take 5 days to process.

4. Cancellation Process

Cancellation requests for ongoing services must be submitted in writing to the Company. The cancellation process, if approved, will be communicated to the client.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

5.1. Change of Mind: - Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for brokerage services due to a change of mind.

5.2. Successful Transactions: - Fees paid for successful transactions are non-refundable, even in the event of subsequent cancellations or changes.

6. Application Fees

Application fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application or transaction.
